SAMADHAN is an Independent, Non–Government, Non–Profit, Non–Violence, Secular Organization to ensure the practical realization of Human Rights Globally. 

Founded in the year 1987 as a peoples´ forum, later smadhan was registered under Society Registration Act 1860. Samadhan´s founders were Lawyers, Educators, Legal professionals, Doctors, Activists, Journalists, Broadcasters and Social Workers with their main focus on common man´s access to Social and Criminal Justice System. 

A democratic Governing Board and General Body of members who set the working policies and Day-to-Day implementation of program directions, govern ´Samadhan´ under parallel Administration System.
