Samadhan is a Social Development
Organization Helping the Communities who are weaker in terms of Economically /
Financially / Educationally and /or Socially.
However, Samadhan
extends its ongoing Help - mostly for WOMEN and Children in Distress or who are
in need of immediate Legal Help and or when Finance becomes a critical need or forms
a part of the Help which is required by the Beneficiary.
Samadhan provides Help

Supports the communities who are victims of Natural Disaster as and when ever
required.
Samadhan would like to
call the like minded National Citizens and as well the entire Global Citizens and
the Corporate world to show their Corporate Social Responsibility by
participating in our Mission to Help who are indeed in need of Help from our well-off
Society.

bring us closer to our Goal and the Mission.

Please send your request for Donation as given in the below
mentioned Format.
Samadhan’s Fund Raising Team will evaluate your request and
inform the same.
NOTE:
1) Samadhan can provide Tax Exemption Certification to the
Donating Individual or Organization.
2) Samadhan has 80G and 12A Tax Certifications from the
Income Tax Department (Gov. of India).
3) Any type of Donations made to Samadhan shall be
non-refundable or non-transferable.
4) Samadhan holds the complete Rights to accept or reject
the Donation without giving any prior information or explanation thereafter.
5) Donation can be made by both Member and Non-Member of
Samadhan.
6) International Donation must come through proper Legal
Banking Channel and with Prior written approval from the Authorities.
7) Samadhan’s Fund Raising Team will evaluate your request
for Donation and shall revert back within 5 to 20 Working days depending on the
quantum & purpose of the donation and the Origin.
8) Samadhan reserves the Right to make background check of
the donating Individual / Organization or Group, and may ask for one or more
Identifications if required.
